About Me

I am Giselle, and I have a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology and a Master's degree in Equity and Diversity in Society. My BSc dissertation was titled "Knitting Mental Wellbeing," where I discovered that creative activities have a beneficial effect on mental and emotional wellbeing. This insight led to the creation of my business.
